Lucky Cain has introduced me to places and lifestyle that I’ve never known existed through his writing. He has broaden one’s mind about culture and traveling itself. He has taught me that as much as South Africa is home but there is so much that I haven’t explored and seen. He makes the reader understand the richness of our country and the importance of travel and tourism as a whole, the importance of why must I tour my country and appreciate the tourist from other places and countries as well. I have a much better understanding of how much important tourism is because of a huge contribution it has on the economy. His stories on how Covid-19 impacted on tourism which ended up hitting the economy so hard left an understanding of how much I can contribute to my very own country and our people by travelling. Lucky Cain is very passionate about Travel and Tourism and he paints a clear picture about the beauty and the benefits of it.

I’ve read so many beautiful features written by Lucky Cain, he has a way of capturing a reader’s mind with his storytelling. This has inspired me to visit some of the places he reviewed in his writing on ILANGA. And the cherry on top is that it’s written in my language.
