Here is a little more information on the costs and Terms to book your beautiful private exclusive intimate celebration with us in our private beautiful garden that is for your exclusive use.
Our venue can accommodate anything from 10 guests up to a max of 82
Table Décor, Crockery,cutlery and glassware is available for hire.
The Venue on Leslie is referred to as the hidden gem in the heart of Fourways.

We are a self catering Venue and we do not charge a corkage fee, you are however not allowed to sell any alcohol on the property.
We rent the beautiful Venue out exclusively on a hourly basis.
Our rates are as follows:
Weekday Rates from R1100 per hour minimum 4 hours
Weekend rates less than 4 hours R2000 per hour
Or R1200 per hour minimum 5 hours
Full day packages are available on request.
Conferencing packages also available on request.

No corkage charges are applicable
Regulations must be adhered to Music has to stop at 22.00
Our beautiful Venue closes at 23.00
Please note: NO * DJ’s or base music systems, live bands or performers*
We have a sound system inclusive in the rental speaker that you have to use bluetooth and wi-fi.

Including harvest tables & chairs for 50 guests (as per covid regulations) we seat 72
Should you need more seating you can hire the tables & chairs in
Kiddies table & 10 kiddies chairs if needed
Additional charges: (compulsory)
Car guard R250 for 8 hour shift additional hours @R50 per hour
Cleaning service less than 35 guests @ R250
more than 35 guests @ R500 there after per 8 hour shift

We have the following to hire:
Cutlery, crockery & tumbler (White under plate, dinner plate, side plate, desert bowl knife, fork, desert spoon & tumbler) @ R25.00 per place setting – we do not supply serviettes
Table decorations and centre piece incl. water jug per table, hessian runner, fairy lights and string ivy @ R120 per table
Wine, Champaign & beer glasses @ R10 each
Cut crystal Champaign, wine, drinks glasses @ R15 each
Tee/Coffee station set up – R10 ( cup, saucer & teaspoon)
* excluding coffee,tea,sugar,milk
Round arch for balloon’s or flowers @ R200
Silver big round ice buckets (one per table) @ R50
Red carpet & stations @ R250
Battery operated lanterns @ R20 each (suggest 2 per table)
10 x Chinese umbrellas (hanging from roof) @ R20 each
Summertime we have a sparkling blue swimming pool and for cold winter evenings we have an outside sunken lounge with a fire pit just bring your own wood/blankets & marshmallows.
You can also elegantly dine around the fire in our Boma area.
We also have an inside conference room – kindly inquire for different packages.

We also charge a R1500 breakage deposit that will be refunded within 24 hours
Also if you are happy with the above let us know if I can reserve the date for you to avoid disappointment, we do need a R3000 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking this amount will come off the booking fee.
