I love catered accommodation options because we can just relax and enjoy the surroundings. The Nest is perfectly located for exploring the Champagne Valley and enjoying the magnificent scenery.

Dawn Wallenkamp – 17.08.2022
I love history and adventure and this place has so much of it plus the serenity of the beautiful Drakensberg

Dean Wallenkamp – 17.08.2022
I love the Drakensberg and being surrounded by the peace of the majestic mountains

Sarah Ramnath – 12.08.2022
My ‘young family’ stayed at your establishment many many years ago – I say ‘young,’ because that was over 25 years ago. I would truly love the experience now, and focus totally on myself – that would be fabulous. I enjoyed it then, just know it could be just as good.

Karin Wielser – 11.08.2022
Every year my late father and mother used to go to spend time in the Drakensberg and The Nest was their hotel of choice. It would be wonderful to remember them by spending time at their favourite getaways.

Tracy Kent – 04.08.2022
Hubby and I love the Berg, but usually head to the Northern Berg. Enjoying a stay at The Nest would be a wonderful experience and a lovely way to explore the spectacular Central Berg area around it.

Deochand Harriram – 28.07.2022
I always loved the mountains. As I am typing, I am planning a trip up Sani Pass tomorrow. Been to the mountains many times and will not stop going there.

Anthea Goldswain – 27.07.2022
I have enjoyed regular ‘berg’ holidays since I was a child. I usually have to pack for self-catering, so staying at the Nest would be such a spoil.

Dawn Kennedy – 27.07.2022
Have always loved the Drakensburg plus not to far from Gauteng. As you get older you don’t want to drive to far to relax and be out in the country. Never been to the Nest Hotel but have only heard good things about it.

Sylvia Pomeranetz – 26.07.2022
A world heritage site,Drakensberg mountains, sounds absolutely incredible. It must be amazing and would love to experience this.
